AthleSense® apparel starts from a method, not a sketch: an intention — quiet strength, elevated comfort, a basic worth keeping for years — translated into specific decisions about silhouette, fabric weight and drape, fit, and construction detail. That translation is the real work, done before a single line is drawn.
Every fabric under consideration is run against a written quality-control protocol before it's approved for a garment: weight, stretch and recovery, hand-feel, and how it holds up under repeated wear. Fit is checked across a size range rather than a single sample body, and a seam is only finished where it moves with the wearer rather than against her.
The current focus is outerwear, beginning with a hooded layer: a close, comparative study of the performance-wear category — existing constructions, pattern choices, and what a body actually needs from that garment — sits behind every decision in it.
